++ Paper Animation ++

What are Paper Animations?
Paper animations are technically automata. Automata are self-operating machines or mechanisms that usually do a trick when turned. Paper automata have been around since the 19th century. Then, they were scenarios with movable figures powered by sand, hot air, pressed air, push and pull and crank mechanisms. Paper animations is the term we coined for today’s paper automata as today’s are distinctly different from those of the past.

During then our Graphics Subject, Sir Irvine instructed us to bring out a 3o sheets of ¼ paper. I am then curious if what we will be going to do. Then later on he said that we will be making a paper animation through the use of that ¼ sheet of paper.

It was so shocking because I have no idea on what to draw. Then I think of sketching a seed that will turn to a tree. I finished it on time but my classmates didn’t finish it, so we then pass it tomorrow.

What comes in your mind when you think of examinations? Every time I think of examinations, what comes to my mind is that this going to be a headache trouble. This is because I just read my notes, scan the pages . . .Tapos! he he. . In other words I'm cramming.

We have just finished taking our examination in our Graphics subject, and it was slightly hard because we didn’t expect that the test question was like that. It is an 82 item I think. The choices are from a b c….aa bb cc.. aaa bbb ccc… to dddd. Yah! That’s it…really hard to pick the correct answer right?

During our Graphics Subject in Sir Irvine introduced to us our final project number 1. That using the Adobe Flash or the Adobe Premiere, we will make a commercial video for the CCIT College. This project is by group and there are four members per group.

++ It's Friday the 13th; are you afraid? ++

Friday the 13th is synonymous with tales of bad luck but historians can't say for sure why.

The fear of Friday the 13th, also known as paraskevidekatriaphobia, has been blamed on everything from mythology and superstition to events in the Bible.

Whatever the reason, the fear of Friday the 13th continues for many.

During our Graphics Subject in the morning, we just installed Autodesk 3ds Max. In the afternoon, we had a film viewing about the history of Steve Jobs.
